When did Xamarin reach end of life?
Microsoft ended support for Xamarin and Xamarin.Forms on May 1, 2024. There are no further security or platform updates.
Should we migrate to .NET MAUI or Uno Platform?
It depends on your app. .NET MAUI is the natural successor for many native mobile and desktop apps; Uno Platform is the better choice when you also need true web (WebAssembly) or pixel-perfect UI fidelity. We recommend the right target in the assessment.
Do we have to rewrite the whole app?
Usually not. Much of your C# business logic carries over. We migrate incrementally so you stay shippable, rather than doing a risky big-bang rewrite.
How long does a migration take?
A medium-sized app is typically a few weeks to a couple of months, depending on size, platform-specific customization, and dependency health. The assessment gives you a fixed estimate.
Can you keep maintaining the app afterward?
